Fynal-500 Tablet is primarily used to manage a range of bacterial infections. It is a part of a group of medicines known as third-generation fluoroquinolones.

In addition to the primary use, this medicine can also help manage conditions such as pneumonia, acute bronchitis, sinus infections, urinary tract infections like cystitis, skin and soft tissue infections, prostate gland infection, anthrax exposure and plague. However, for uncomplicated bronchitis, sinus infections or urinary tract infections, other treatment options should be considered first to reduce the risk of antibiotic resistance.
