• An overdose of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Promethazine can lead to drowsiness, seizures, widened pupils, or trouble breathing. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you forget to take a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But avoid repeating the dose.
