Zydol-P DS Suspension is given orally to your child.

Zydol-P DS Suspension consists of two active ingredients:

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (250 mg): This component reduces fever by acting on the heat-regulating centre in the brain. It increases heat dissipation and reduces heat production, thereby managing elevated body temperatures. It also inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, which helps relieve pain.

• Mefenamic Acid (100 mg): This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the production of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins. These are natural substances that cause pain and inflammation.

Together, these components effectively manage pain and fever when given as an oral suspension to children.

• Store Zydol-P DS Suspension below 30°C in a cool, dry place.

• Protect it from direct sunlight.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
