Zoryl M 1 Forte Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

• High blood sugar levels not adequately controlled by monotherapy with glimepiride or metformin

Zoryl M 1 Forte Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Metformin (1000 mg): Metformin belongs to the biguanide class of medicines. Unlike sulfonylureas like glimepiride, metformin does not lead to hypoglycemia or excess insulin production.

• Glimepiride (1 mg): As a member of the sulfonylurea group of antidiabetic drugs, glimepiride acts on your pancreas to stimulate more insulin production, helping lower blood sugar levels. It also increases the responsiveness of peripheral tissues to insulin.
