Olsar-M 25 Tablet ER is used to treat high blood pressure. It helps to prevent future heart attack and stroke by decreasing blood pressure. Patients who receive this drug early after a heart attack have a better chance of surviving. To maintain constant levels of medicine in the blood, take Olsar-M 25 Tablet ER with food at a certain time each day. Continue to take it for as long as your doctor suggests. Do not stop taking this drug on your own, even if you are feeling fine, because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Your condition may worsen if you stop taking it. Blood pressure can be controlled by staying active with regular exercise, losing weight, and eating a balanced diet. While taking this medicine, follow your doctor's instructions.
