Nuforce-GM Cream is used for managing the following conditions:

• Inflammation due to tinea infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm

• Skin conditions with inflammation and infection like eczematous dermatoses

• Skin infections caused by Candida, a type of fungus

• Intertrigo, a condition where skin folds become irritated due to friction, heat or lack of air circulation

To use Nuforce-GM Cream effectively, follow these steps:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected area twice daily, in the morning and evening.

• Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is fully absorbed.

• After applying the cream, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid spreading any possible infection.

Nuforce-GM Cream is applied topically.

Nuforce-GM Cream contains three active ingredients:

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate (0.025 %): As a potent corticosteroid, it works by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors in your body. This action activates anti-inflammatory gene transcription and represses pro-inflammatory genes, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators and hence decreasing redness, swelling and itchiness.

• Clotrimazole (1 %): This broad-spectrum antifungal agent disrupts fungal cell membranes by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. Consequently, it manages dermatophyte and yeast infections effectively.

• Neomycin Sulphate (0.5 %): This component is an antibiotic that binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis. It is effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative skin pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

• Keep Nuforce-GM Cream at a cool temperature, below 25°C.

• Avoid subjecting the cream to extreme heat or cold; freezing is not recommended.

• Store in a dark, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Always keep Nuforce-GM Cream out of reach of children.
