Metformin (500 Mg) + Sitagliptin (100 Mg)

Istamet XR 500 Tablet is primarily used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It is a combination medication from the antidiabetic medications class, specifically biguanides and dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors.

It can also help improve glycaemic control in patients whose blood sugar levels can't be managed by metformin or sitagliptin alone.
