Glyciphage-G2 Tablet is used for the following:

• Maintaining control over type 2 diabetes mellitus levels in adults

• Assisting in controlling high blood sugar when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient

• Serving as an adjunct to diet and physical activity for adults with type 2 diabetes

• Providing a combined therapy of glimepiride and metformin for patients requiring both medications.

Follow these instructions while taking Glyciphage-G2 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing, chewing or splitting the tablet.

• The medicine should be taken once daily, preferably with your evening meal.
