Gemer Forte 1 Tablet is used for the following:

• Improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Assisting patients not adequately controlled on either glimepiride or metformin alone

• Helping those already being treated with separate tablets of both medications

• Preventing severe long-term complications of uncontrolled diabetes, such as kidney damage and nerve problems

• Reducing the risk of blindness and limb amputations resulting from uncontrolled diabetes

• Lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke associated with diabetes.

Take Gemer Forte 1 Tablet as follows:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably during your evening meal.

• Avoid chewing or crushing the tablet.

• Do not take more than your doctor has recommended.

Gemer Forte 1 Tablet is taken orally.

Gemer Forte 1 Tablet contains two active ingredients:
