D Fresh MR Tablet is used for the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm like:

• Muscle cramps: A painful, involuntary tightening or contraction of the muscle.
• Musculoskeletal conditions: A condition of persistent pain in the muscles, joints, and bones, limiting one's mobility.
• Inflammation: Swelling that occurs along with redness and pain in the affected area.
• Muscle strains and sprains: An injury to the muscle due to overstretching or tearing.
• Arthritis: Inflammation of joints, causing pain and stiffness.

1. Take D-Fresh-MR Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
2. Swallow the whole tablet with water, preferably after meals.
3. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
4. Take the medication regularly at the same time every day for maximum effectiveness.
5. Complete the full course of treatment; do not discontinue the medicine in between.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be taken in any other way.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet contains three active ingredients: diclofenac potassium, paracetamol, and chlorzoxazone. Here's how this medicine works:
