Contraindications

• Dexamethasone + Neomycin is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to either Dexamethasone or Neomycin.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of Dexamethasone + Neomycin is unlikely with topical use. However, prolonged use of high doses can lead to systemic corticosteroid effects such as Cushing's syndrome and adrenal suppression. Consult your doctor if you suspect an overdose.
• If you forget to administer this medicine at the scheduled time, do it as soon as you remember. However, skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
