To use Vigoquin Gel Eye Drops properly, adhere to the following instructions:

• Clean your hands thoroughly before and after using this medicine.

• If irritation increases or persists, discontinue the use and consult your doctor.

• Do not touch the nozzle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.

Vigoquin Gel Eye Drops are instilled topically.

Vigoquin Gel Eye Drops contain moxifloxacin (0.5 %) which acts on the body in the following ways:

• DNA Gyrase Inhibition: Moxifloxacin works by blocking a bacterial enzyme known as DNA gyrase. This enzyme plays a crucial role in bacteria's ability to replicate their DNA.

• Topoisomerase IV Inhibition: This antibiotic also inhibits another bacterial enzyme called topoisomerase IV, again hampering the bacteria's ability to reproduce.
