Telmikind-H Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and kidney damage, especially when a single medication isn't enough.

When using Telmikind-H Tablet, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.
