P 500 Tablet 15 is used for managing mild to moderate pain and fever. It contains paracetamol, which works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation. Additionally, it also may help regulate body temperature by acting on the hypothalamus. This tablet is suitable for avoiding headaches, migraines, toothaches, menstrual pain, arthritis and muscle pain.

• Paracetamol: The active ingredient, which may reduce pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin production in the brain. It also helps regulate body temperature through its action on the hypothalamus. Paracetamol is well-tolerated and provides quick relief from pain and fever.
