Monticope Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions such as chronic idiopathic urticaria, a skin allergy that causes hives. It is also effective in treating allergic rhinitis, which leads to sneezing, a runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes due to allergies. Additionally, it helps relieve symptoms of hay fever, a seasonal allergy with similar effects to allergic rhinitis.

Here's how you should take Monticope Tablet:

• Swallow one tablet whole with a glass of water.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Make sure to take the medicine at the same time each evening for the best results.
• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

Monticope Tablet is taken orally.

Monticope Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Levocetirizine (5 mg): This is a type of antihistamine that blocks histamine H1 receptors. Histamine is a chemical that your immune system releases during an allergic reaction. • If you're taking Monticope Tablet for allergic rhinitis or hay fever, try to avoid exposure to allergens such as dust, pollen, or pet dander. Regularly clean your home and use air purifiers if possible.
• Incorporate foods rich in vitamin C in your diet, like citrus fruits and bell peppers. Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine which may help reduce allergy symptoms.
