Glycomet-GP 4 Forte Tablet is used for:

Here's how you should take Glycomet-GP 4 Forte Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with food, preferably during your evening meal.

• Do not crush, chew or split the tablets.

• If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next one. Never take two doses at once.
