Dolofresh Alu Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow it with water, preferably after food, to prevent nausea.
Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine.

Paracetamol (325 mg): It is an analgesic and antipyretic that increases the perception of pain inside the brain region and regulates the temperature through the heat regulation center, which helps to enhance pain relief and lower fever.

Pregnancy
