Delcon Tablet is a combination medicine that belongs to the group of medicines called antihistamines and nasal decongestants. It is used to relieve symptoms of allergies and the common cold.

It also helps relieve red, watery eyes, sneezing, itchy eyes, nose and throat due to allergies, common cold, discomfort in the nose due to colds, allergies and hay fever. It is also used to remove nasal congestion and reduce pressure in the sinuses (hollow regions in the face that are normally occupied by air).

Delcon Tablet is used in the following conditions:

Directions for Use of Delcon 2/10 MG Tablet 10

Take a Delcon Tablet with one whole glass of water.
Swallow Delcon Tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew it.
Take the Tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication.

The Delcon Tablet should be given orally.

Side Effects of Delcon 2/10 MG Tablet 10

Tricyclic Antidepressants such as amitriptyline. The concomitant use of this tablet with amitriptyline may increase the risk of heart side effects.
Ergot alkaloids, such as ergotamine and methysergide. Simultaneous use of this tablet with these medicines increases the risk of ergotism (a condition caused by the ingestion of ergot-contaminated grains, particularly rye).

Cardiovascular disorders: This tablet may increase the risk of hypotension, hypertension, irregular heartbeats, chest pain, and palpitations.
Urinary retention: This tablet can cause difficulty in urination and urinary retention.
