Concor 10 Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of high blood pressure or hypertension

• The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet as it can alter its effectiveness.

• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well, as stopping suddenly can aggravate your condition.

• If you accidentally miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's nearly time for your next dose. Never double dose.

• Always consult your doctor before any changes in dosage or discontinuation.

Concor 10 Tablet contains bisoprolol (10 mg), which exerts its effect on the body in the following ways:

• Beta1 Adrenergic Receptor Blockade: Bisoprolol beta blockers. It acts by blocking beta1 adrenergic receptors present in your heart.
