Ceflox Dee Optic Eye/ear Drops 10 ML

• Bacterial conjunctivitis: It is also known as pink eye, an eye infection caused by bacteria. It is characterised by redness, itching, discharge, and swelling of the conjunctiva. Ceflox-Dee helps eliminate the bacteria causing the infection and reduce inflammation.
• Corneal ulcers: These are open sores or wounds that develop on the cornea, which is the clear outer layer of the eye. An array of factors can lead to these issues, such as infections, injuries, or underlying eye conditions. Ceflox-Dee Optic Drops are also used to treat corneal ulcers. The antibiotic property of ciprofloxacin helps fight the bacteria causing the ulcer and promotes healing.
• Otitis externa: Ceflox-Dee Drops can also be used to treat otitis externa, commonly known as swimmer's ear. The drops can help fight the bacterial infection in the ear canal, reducing pain and discomfort.

• Hold the bottle in your hand for one or two minutes to warm the solution. Shake the bottle well.
• Gently squeeze the bottle and instil one or two drops of solution in the lower eyelid or ear. 
• Press the skin flap in the ear and lie down for 60 secs to let the medication enter the ear canal.
• After application in eyes, close your eyes for 2-3 mins, lower your head towards the floor, and gently press the tear duct.
• Be careful not to touch the tip of your fingers or any other surface.
• Repeat steps for another eye/ear if necessary. Tighten the bottle cap after use.
• Use the solution up to one month after opening.

Route of administration

• Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops are administered topically by instilling them directly into the eye/ear. It should not be ingested orally or administered through any other route.

Dosage information

Daily dose

The recommended daily dose of Ceflox-Dee Drops is one to two drops instilled once daily or as directed by your doctor. Overdose

Missed dose 

If you forgot to instil Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one and resume your regular dosage pattern. Before making any changes to your dosage, it is important to consult with your doctor.

• Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of Ciprofloxacin, Dexamethasone, and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Ciprofloxacin falls under the category of antibiotics known as quinolones.
