Cefadrox 250mg Dry Syrup 30ml

Cefadrox 250 MG Dry Syrup is used in the following conditions:

• Respiratory tract infections: Cefadrox 250 MG Dry Syrup inhibits the growth of the bacteria that cause respiratory tract infections such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, lobar and bronchopneumonia, acute and chronic bronchitis, pulmonary abscess, empyema, pleurisy, sinusitis, laryngitis, and otitis media. 
• Skin and soft-tissue infections: This syrup uses also extends to treating skin infections caused by bacteria such as lymphadenitis, cellulitis, abscesses, decubitus ulcers, mastitis, furunculosis, and erysipelas. 
• Urinary tract infection: This syrup is also prescribed to treat uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) due to bacterial infections such as pyelonephritis and cystitis caused by susceptible strains of bacteria.
• Genital tract infections: This syrup is also used to treat Genital tract infections due to bacteria, such as urethritis and other gynaecological infections. 
• Other infections: This syrup is also used to treat osteomyelitis (bacterial infection of the bone) and septic arthritis (joint bacterial infection). 

Use Cefadrox 250 MG Dry Syrup in the following way: 

• Reconstitute the dry syrup with water as per the instructions provided.
• Shake the bottle well before giving it your child.

Cefadrox 250 MG Dry Syrup contains the following component:

• Cefadroxil (250 mg): Cefadroxil is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that belongs to the cephalosporin class. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, ultimately leading to the bacteria's death. Cefadroxil targets Gram-positive bacteria but is also active against some Gram-negative bacteria. It is commonly used to treat various bacterial infections, including skin and soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and other infections. 

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Cefadrox 250 MG Dry Syrup away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
