Allegra M Tablet uses are as follows:

• Treating Seasonal allergies such as Allergic Rhinitis: Allegra M Tablet can effectively manage the symptoms of runny nose and sneezing in seasonal allergies such as Allergic Rhinitis. Allergic Rhinitis or Hay fever is the allergic condition that occurs when our body's immune system comes in contact with allergens such as pollen, dust, or pet dander. Our immune system produces an antibody called immunoglobulin E (IgE), which triggers the release of a chemical called histamine in the body. It causes sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, watery eyes, and itching in the eyes, nose or throat.
• When these symptoms start interfering with your daily activities, taking an Allegra M Tablet after consultation with your doctor is better.

General directions for using Allegra M Tablet include:

• Take the medication as the doctor prescribes. The dosage may vary depending on the patient's age, weight, and medical condition.
• Allegra M Tablet is usually taken once a day, with or without food. It is essential to take the tablet simultaneously each day to maintain a consistent level of the medication in the body.
• Swallow the tablet whole, and do not break or chew the tablet.
• If you miss a dose, you must take it as soon as you remember. 

Allegra M Tablet is administered orally, with or without food. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

• Drink plenty of water and also make sure to stay hydrated, as dehydration can worsen certain side effects of Allegra M Tablet.
