Acivir Eye Drops 5 ML

Acivir Eye Drop is an antiviral medicine used to treat herpes simplex eye infections. It works by preventing the virus from multiplying on your eyeball's surface (cornea). This inhibits the spread of new viruses and clears the infection in your eyes. Acivir Eye Drop should only be used on the outside of the eye. Use it according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. Before and after applying the drug, wash your hands. Use it for as long as your doctor recommends and do not stop taking it even if you feel better. Following application, it may create a stinging feeling as well as eye redness. These adverse effects, on the other hand, are only transient and normally go away on their own. If they last more than a week, contact your doctor. Wearing contact lenses while using it is not recommended.
