Dr Reckeweg Bio-Combination 21 (BC 21) Tablet is used for managing teething troubles in infants and young children. It helps address tardy dentition and associated symptoms such as gum bleeding, irritability and poor appetite. The tablet is formulated with Calcarea Phosphorica and Ferrum Phosphoricum to help support smoother teething, assist in digestion and enhance overall body growth.  BC 21 Tablets also help to relieve discomfort from delayed dentition and improve appetite and digestion, promoting healthy development.
