UDCA-300 Tablet is used for the following:

• Dissolving cholesterol gallstones in individuals who have a functioning gallbladder and can't have surgery

• Managing primary biliary cholangitis, an autoimmune disease that damages the bile ducts in your liver

• Helping with bile acid synthesis disorders and liver failure in children aged 6 and above who have cystic fibrosis

Here's how you should take UDCA-300 Tablet:

• Take the tablet with food.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Stick to a regular dosing schedule to get the best results.

UDCA-300 Tablet consists of a single active ingredient: Ursodeoxycholic Acid (300mg). Here's how it works:

• Reducing Cholesterol Secretion: Ursodeoxycholic acid decreases the secretion of cholesterol into your bile by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis and absorption.

• Dissolving Gallstones: By increasing the solubility of cholesterol in bile, it helps in dissolving gallstones.

• Protecting Liver Cells: It replaces or displaces toxic concentrations of other bile acids that can damage liver cells.

• Stimulating Bile Flow: This medicine stimulates bile flow and bicarbonate-rich ductular secretion, protecting against bile acid toxicity.
