Mega-CV Dry Syrup is commonly used for managing the following health conditions:

• Accurately measure out your dose using the provided measuring cup or oral syringe.

Mega-CV Dry Syrup is composed of two active ingredients that work together to combat bacterial infections:

• Amoxicillin (200 mg): This semi-synthetic penicillin works by disrupting the third and final stage of bacterial cell wall synthesis. It does this by binding to specific proteins found within the bacterial cell wall. The inactivation of these proteins hampers the formation of peptidoglycan chains, which are essential for maintaining the strength and rigidity of the bacterial cell wall. As a result, the bacterial cell wall weakens, ultimately leading to cell lysis.

• Clavulanic Acid (28.5 mg): This beta-lactam compound protects amoxicillin from being deactivated by certain enzymes produced by bacteria resistant to amoxicillin. It achieves this by irreversibly binding itself to both extracellular and intracellular beta-lactamases.
