Using Ceflox-CF Cream is straightforward. Follow these guidelines:

• Ensure your hands are clean before applying the cream.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area.

• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it's fully absorbed.

• Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

• Remember to wash your hands after application to prevent spreading any potential infection.

Ceflox-CF Cream contains three active ingredients each contributing uniquely to its overall effect:

• Ciprofloxacin (0.5%): This ingredient works by inhibiting two enzymes found in bacteria - DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. These enzymes are crucial for bacterial DNA replication. When disrupted by ciprofloxacin, the bacterial cells die off.

• Fluocinolone (0.01%): This component acts as a medium-potency corticosteroid which binds with receptors within cells and modifies gene expression leading to anti-inflammatory, antipruritic (anti-itching), and vasoconstrictive (narrowing of blood vessels) effects in the skin.

• Clotrimazole (1%): As an azole antifungal agent, clotrimazole disrupts the cell membrane permeability of fungal cells by inhibiting a substance called ergosterol. This disruption causes leakage of cellular components resulting in the death of fungal cells.

Together, these three components work synergistically to manage bacterial and fungal skin infections while suppressing the inflammatory response for symptomatic relief.
