• The excretion of Sirolimus in human milk is unknown, hence breastfeeding should be avoided during treatment.

• Patients with kidney dysfunction or hepatic impairment should exercise caution when taking Sirolimus. Regular monitoring is advised for these patients.

• Use of Sirolimus might increase the risk of infections, lymphoma, and other malignancies. People with a history of these conditions should use this medicine with caution.
