• Ozagrel can interact with anticoagulants (such as warfarin), other antiplatelet agents (such as aspirin, and clopidogrel), NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) (like fluoxetine, sertraline), and herbal supplements that affect blood clotting (such as ginkgo biloba, garlic).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Symptoms of an Ozagrel overdose may include excessive bleeding or bruising, nausea and vomiting, dizziness or fainting, and abdominal pain. Immediate medical attention should be sought in case of a suspected overdose.

• If you forget to take a dose of Ozagrel, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• If experiencing gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or abdominal pain, consider taking Ozagrel with food.
