• If you miss a dose of Ormeloxifene, take it as soon as you remember. However, maintain a gap of at least 7 days before the next dose.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects such as irregular menstrual bleeding, nausea, headache, and weight gain are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of these symptoms, please consult your doctor.
