It could also interact with triptans (such as sumatriptan and zolmitriptan), antiarrhythmics (such as amiodarone and quinidine), and anticholinergic medicines (such as atropine and scopolamine).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Opipramol may cause drowsiness, confusion, seizures, and low blood pressure. If you observe any of these symptoms, inform your doctor immediately.

• If you forget to take this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Avoid doubling the dose to make up for a missed dose.
