Metoprolol Succinate + Telmisartan is primarily used for the management of high blood pressure. It belongs to a group of medications known as antihypertensives.

Upset stomach or diarrhoea
Metoprolol Succinate + Telmisartan is an antihypertensive medicine that is a combination of a beta-blocker and angiotensin II receptor antagonist.
Metoprolol Succinate slows down your heart rate and reduces the force with which your heart muscle contracts. It blocks the action of epinephrine on the heart and blood vessels, reducing heart strain and lowering blood pressure.
Telmisartan works by blocking a substance in your body that causes blood vessels to tighten. As a result, it helps your blood vessels relax and widen, reducing blood pressure.
