Overdose and Missed Dose

  • Overdosing on Darifenacin may lead to severe anticholinergic effects such as severe dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and urinary retention. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

  • If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.

Management of Side Effects
